Creator agreement
Last updated 2 October 2026
This agreement applies when you become a creator on Subz, in addition to the Terms of service.
1. Verification
You must pass our identity check before publishing or receiving payments. You must keep your details up to date. Every person who appears in your content must be either a verified Subz creator tagged on the post, or covered by a signed model release and a copy of their photo ID that you upload and we approve before the post goes live. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of these records.
2. Earnings and fees
- We collect payments from fans on your behalf and keep a platform fee of 20% of each payment. You receive the rest.
- Earnings are held for 7 days to cover refunds and chargebacks, then become available to withdraw.
- Refunds and chargebacks are deducted from your balance, which may become negative.
- You are responsible for declaring your income and paying your own taxes.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of your content and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, watermark, display and distribute it on Subz and to use non-explicit profile material to promote your page. You confirm you own or have permission to use everything you post, that it follows the Acceptable use policy, and that paid content is described accurately.
4. Ending the agreement
You can stop being a creator at any time. We may suspend payouts and accounts that break this agreement, are under investigation for fraud, or have excessive chargebacks. Fans who bought one-off content keep access to it.
